Service Description

35 people, (both players) and non-players for the 3-hour party package with FULL access to the entire facility including the game room, party room, and kitchen. It also includes free popcorn and juice boxes. The 3 hour time period includes 15 minutes to set up and 15 minutes to clean up. If you would like GameStation Staff to set up and clean up. Don't want to set up or clean up? We can do it for you, however, there is an additional $75.00 charge. . Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non- refundable. To reschedule your visit, please contact us via telephone at (718)465-6655 or text (347)559-6733. If you do not reschedule within the time frame, deposit will be lost. An excessive amount of reschedules (3) will lead to forfeiture of deposit and restriction from booking with us for future events.

Refund:

All deposits on gaming parties are non-refundable. All game times including open play and group pay are non-refundable after individuals begin gameplay. 

Refund on non-gaming items such as t-shirts, hats and other apparel is subject to 7 day return or exchange. Snacks, beverages and other perishable products are non-refundable.

Privacy: 

We take the safety of our guests and their personal data seriously, we do not share, or sell personal information. All information taken from patrons is securely stored onsite and only accessible to the management team. We do not collect social security numbers or date of birth except for children's parties where applicable. That information is not kept once the party event has passed.
